A complete account of your rights and responsibilities referenced in this section can be found in the Terms of Agreement.

Setting up an account
Setting up an account is free and easy. From the All You Can Eat Homepage, click on the BUY or SELL logo and you’ll begin the sign up process. Everyone must agree to the Terms of Agreement. Sellers must agree to an additional section of the TOA before items can be listed. Your account is good across all All You Can Eat Stores, so you’ll only need to sign up once.

Lost my username/password
Your username and/or password can be emailed to you at the email address you used when you first registered. Click here. If you are unable to retrieve mail from the email you used when you registered and you don’t have either your username or password, you will need to create a new account.

Need to change my account profile
Your username, password, email and address can be changed visiting your account profile page.

Item quality ratings
Sellers rate the quality of their items on a scale of 1 though 5. A quality of 1 means the item is heavily worn, a rating of 5 indicates the item is new. The scale is somewhat subjective, so buyers may want to send a message to the seller asking about the quality if they are unsure. Sellers warrant that items are 100% functional unless explicitly described otherwise.

Return policy
Our return policy protects both buyers and sellers against misuse and fraud. A buyer can request to return items for a refund only under two conditions:

  1. Quality of item received is materially different from description.
    Or
  2. Wrong Item was sent.
    Buyer can also request a refund if:
  3. Item was never received.

Buyer must begin process within 4 days from receiving the item, or in the case of non-shipment, 4 days from when they should have received it. If buyer takes too long they have given up their right to a refund.

Refund procedure begins with the buyer going to their account page, selecting the specific ORDER DETAIL and then from that page selecting REFUND REQUEST. If the period of time for a refund has elapsed, REFUND REQUEST will no longer appear. On the refund request page, select the appropriate items to be returned and the reason for the refund request (see the three reasons above).

The seller of the item is contacted and asked to accept or decline the return request.

If the seller accepts request to return:

  • Buyer is notified and must ship item via a service that provides a tracking number. Buyer must ship back the item within 4 days. Buyer pays for return shipping.
  • When seller acknowledges receipt of item, a refund is issued.
  • Seller is charged a 3% fee to cover credit card fees.

If the seller declines request to return:

  • Buyer is notified that seller believes buyer is not entitled to a refund. Buyer then has 2 days to put the matter into disputed status. If buyer does not select to dispute then the matter is closed. Buyers can begin dispute by following the information on the notification email.
  • If buyer chooses to dispute then the seller’s payment is kept on hold and the matter is handled by All You Can Eat customer service.
  • If customer service determines that at least one of the above referenced return criteria are met, the decision will be in favor of the buyer.
  • Customer service dispute resolution decisions are final.

Contacting buyers / sellers (messaging)
If buyers have a question about an item listed, they may contact the seller through our integrated messaging system. Clicking on a seller’s name will bring up our messaging system. Buyers and sellers access messages and responses via their Account Overview page. The Terms of Agreement is a legal document that strictly prohibits buyers and sellers circumventing All You Can Eat or making side deals. Buyers are encouraged to have all their questions answered sufficiently before buying.

Not receiving email notices
If you are not receiving email notices pertaining to order confirmation or order status you likely have an email filter that is mistaking our emails as spam. You need to configure your spam filter to allow all email from allyoucaneatstores.com. If you do not know how to configure your filter, seek help from your network administrator or Internet service provider. If there is no filter, please review your account profile to confirm we have your correct email on file.

Order Canceling
Because individual sellers ship the items and not All You Can Eat, orders cannot be cancelled within the first four-day period after purchase. After this period, provided only if the seller has not acknowledged shipping the item, a buyer may cancel the order. While it is highly discouraged, sellers may cancel an order any time. Unshipped orders more than 30 days from order date are automatically canceled.

BUYERS HELP

No fees to buyers
Buyers pay no fee to use All You Can Eat or to make a purchase. Buyers pay only the listed item price plus listed shipping and handling. All You Can Eat charges sellers a commission at the time their items are sold.

Finding an item, navigating
From the homepage click on advanced search to review all the various ways you can search for your item. All You Can Eat has tried to make finding the items you want fast, easy and intuitive. If you have suggestions to how we can improve our service, please let us know. (brings up suggestions page)

No order acknowledgment received
Buyers should receive a notice of order acknowledgement within four days of placing their order. If the seller does not acknowledge the order in four days, the order is cancelled. To check the status of an order, visit Account Overview page. If buyer’s account overview shows the order has been acknowledged but buyer has not received a notice of such, buyer’s email filter may be mistaking our notices as spam. Please refer to not receiving email notices to correct this problem.

No order shipment notice received
Buyers should receive a notice of order shipment within four days of order acknowledgment. If the seller does not ship the order within four days, the buyer has the right to cancel the order. As long as the seller has not already shipped, the buyer retains the right to cancel for 30 days from the date the order was placed. If the order is not shipped within 30 days, the order is automatically cancelled. If buyer’s account overview shows the order has been shipped and no notice of such was received, buyer’s email filter may be mistaking our notices as spam. Please refer to not receiving email notices to correct this problem.

SELLERS HELP

Listing an item
There is no fee to list items. To become a seller you need to open an account and agree to the Terms of Agreement. Access the LIST ITEM link from your seller’s management page. Fill in the appropriate descriptive information, add a photo (up to five) and you’re off. Management reserves the right to delete items that are misleading or not applicable.

How sellers get paid
All You Can Eat issues checks to sellers twice a month, for periods ending on the 15th and the last day of the month. Checks are mailed within seven days of the end of a payment period. If the day falls on a weekend, payments are made the next business day. Payments are made by wire transfer or check. Payments by check carry a $3.00 handling fee. Payments by wire transfer are free and are therefore encouraged. Payment preferences are specified when sellers first sign up and can be changed by selecting PAYMENT PREFERENCE located on the sellers management page.

Sellers receive payments equal to the sum of all merchandise, shipping and handling sold during the preceding period. Deductions from this total include All You Can Eat commissions, paper check fees, and returns. Payments for items pending return or disputed returns are put on hold until resolved. Once resolved, any payment due to the seller is included in the next regularly scheduled payment.

All You Can Eat Store Commissions
There is no charge to list your items for sale. All You Can Eat charges a fee equal to the order amount according to the following schedule:

Acknowledging orders
You will be sent an email each time a new order is received. You have 4 days to acknowledge a new order. If you do not acknowledge an order in 4 days it will be cancelled. You acknowledge each order individually by first clicking on the order number that takes you to that order’s detail page. Here, on this detail page, you need to acknowledge the order by clicking the ORDER ACKNOWLEDGED button. This is also a good time to print the page for your order processing needs. Orders not acknowledged in four days will be cancelled. After you acknowledge, you will have four days to ship. Click here to see a sample order detail page and a description of its elements.

Shipping orders
You have four days to ship an order after acknowledgment. If you do not ship the order within four days, the buyer has the right to cancel the order. As long as you have not already shipped, the buyer retains the right to cancel for 30 days from the date the order was placed. If the order is not shipped within 30 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

Click on a specific order to be shipped to print an invoice, packing slip and shipping label. You must remember to click SHIPPED in order to get paid. Click here to see a sample order shipping page and a description of its elements.

Shipping and handling
Unless you ship via a method that can trace a package, you are responsible for items ‘lost in the mail’. If a buyer declares that a shipment is not received, it is your responsibility to provide proof of shipment by supplying a tracking number. If you cannot supply a tracking number, the buyer will be issued a refund and you will not be paid for the order. All You Can Eat charges sellers a fee to cover bank charges on all refunds equal to 5% of the order.

Shipping Methods
You tell us how to collect the money and we pass it along to you. Your selections are:

  • UPS ground lookup table (based on item weight)
  • FedEx three-day lookup table (based on item weight)
  • Airborne Express ground lookup table (based on item weight)
  • USPO First Class Mail lookup table (based on item weight)
  • Gross Charge. This option allows you to enter a gross amount for shipping. You can use Gross Charge and still ship via the above carriers.
  • Free Shipping. If you do not charge for shipping, use this option. A ‘Free Shipping’ logo will appear on the item listing to show buyers you are paying for shipping.

You selected a default shipping preference when you created your account. However, when listing an individual item, you can change this preference and select a method that is more appropriate for the item being listed. For example, suppose your default preference is for us to collect shipping for you based on the item’s weight but a particular item you are listing is a piece of art that while not particularly heavy, might require an unusual amount of packing material. By weight, this item might cost $12 when shipped by UPS, however, you are able to put a gross dollar amount for shipping this item that is greater to better reflect your costs.

Overriding the default shipping
When listing an individual item, you are presented with the above options to tell us how to compute and collect shipping for that item. Here, you may override your preference and select another method, if appropriate.

Shipping Insurance
Insurance for the total amount of the items in the order is collected on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ship the order with insurance.

Handling Charges
You tell us how to collect the money and we pass it along to you. Your preference for handling applies to all items you have listed on All You Can Eat. Unlike shipping charges, your handling charge is not item specific. If you change your handling preference, the change will apply to all future orders for all items you have listed. You select the method of computing the handling charge when you create your account and edit it in Seller’s Preferences. If no method was selected, the default handling charge is FREE, that is, you do not charge a handling charge and none will be collected. Your options are:

  • Percentage of order dollar size (not including shipping).
  • Dollar amount per order (we suggest $1 to $5)
  • By number of items (this can get expensive is several low cost items are ordered)
  • Free. Our recommendation. A Free Handling logo will appear on your item listings to show buyers you are packing orders at your own expense.

Vacation hold
If you go on vacation and will not have access to your email or you will not have the ability to ship items for sale, you do not have to delete your items. Before you leave, simply select Vacation Hold and your items will be temporary removed. When you return, take off the vacation hold to put your items back in active status. PLEASE NOTE that you will be responsible to acknowledge and ship any orders placed before you choose vacation hold.
